After a long day of roaming the desert plains looking for bandits, without success, I decided to take off my bounty hunting boots for an evening, just to let my old mare Becky rest a little in the village. Since the sun was already beginning to set, I decided to go to the local saloon to regain my strength to put a plot of beans and a leg of mutton in my body. At the sound of the player piano, I met a scarred cowboy drinking a mug of cold beer. I said, "Hey," and he answered me by touching the tip of his hat. I turned to the bartender and ordered him "THE GOOD, THE LIME AND THE CHILLI," for a handful of dollars. A thirst-quenching beer, with a touch of lime and just enough heat to wash away the taste of beans. I liked it so much that I postponed my street fight to drink a second one, for a few dollars more.
