Win your ULTIMATE LAGABIÈRE BBQ thanks to Lagabière and the Buvette Laganière!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?

  1. Make a post ( Facebook or Instagram ) with you and a Lagabière product, using #ULTIMEBBQLAGABIERE.
  2. You can like the pages of Lagabière and Buvette Laganière .
  3. You can tell us who you would like to do the Ultimate Lagabière BBQ with, on the original post (Facebook or Instagram).
  4. Reserved for Quebec residents only.
  5. No purchase necessary. 18 years and older.

WARNING :
 LAGABIÈRE reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify a participant (hereinafter defined) from the competition if he or she violates any of the conditions of participation.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

  1. Drawing on Friday, September 5.
  2. The person will be drawn at random from among the participants.
  3. The winner will be contacted by LAGABIÈRE via Messenger (Facebook and/or Instagram) within five (5) days of the draw date. The winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of being contacted. The draw will take place on Friday, September 5, 2025.
  4. If LAGABIÈRE cannot contact a recipient within five (5) days of the first attempt, the recipient will automatically forfeit their prize and LAGABIÈRE may, at its sole discretion, select a new winner.
  5. The winner will have to agree to take a promotional photo which will be shared on social media.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. The prize must be accepted as awarded. There are no substitutions, transfers, or cash refunds of the prize.
  2. In the event that a prize cannot be delivered as described, LAGABIÈRE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace this prize with an item of equivalent value.
  3. A winner's refusal to accept a prize releases LAGABIÈRE from its obligations.
  4. Personal information provided by entrants, such as their name and contact details, will only be collected for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be used for any other purpose without the entrant's prior written consent.
  5. LAGABIÈRE assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind, including, but not limited to, a person's inability to enter the Contest for any reason, including, but not limited to, mailing or email address errors, computer or telephone malfunctions, or any other technical system malfunction, or any delay or failure to act due to force majeure.
  6. Only winners will be contacted.
  7. By accepting a prize, the winner fully and definitively releases LAGABIÈRE from any claim, present or future, directly or indirectly related to the prize and its use.
  8. By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in disqualification. All decisions made by LAGABIÈRE are final in all respects. LAGABIÈRE reserves the right to amend or modify these rules at any time without notice to entrants. It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check these rules to ensure they are aware of any changes.
